About this policy

Órbita is an application by Lothal SpA that turns hand movement into light and sound. This policy describes its use of the camera and the information processed when you use the application.

Camera and artificial intelligence

With your permission, Órbita uses the camera to recognize your hands through an artificial intelligence model running on your device. Images and hand positions are processed locally to control the experience. They are not sent to Lothal or an external AI service and are not used to train models.

Órbita does not save photographs or camera recordings. To keep instructions continuous, it briefly holds movement, presence and scene color information in memory. This is neither stored on disk nor transmitted; memory from a previous visit expires after two minutes and disappears when the application closes.

You can withdraw camera permission in your browser or operating-system settings. The preview with simulated hands works without camera access.

Accounts, advertising and connectivity

Órbita requires no account, includes no advertising and sends no usage analytics to Lothal. Hand recognition, graphics and sound run locally. The web version downloads the recognition model on first use.
